General,

I have been approached by a defender of the Slave Settlement of Sanctuary regarding an offer and the cost of six to ten mercenaries being posted within their soon to be opened trade canal.

When I next return to the fort I would like to speak in depth on the issue as well as if there are any men interested in taking the contract as well as what message of cost I should pass on to them.
