dm howard told me to report my bug issue here so i am. i was in clown land getting hit so i went to door and ended up with negative hit points in old sancuary side of door. my team leader healed me and it sent me back through the door into clown land side and ended up dying again

If i get it right, you were healed, and getting up got you through the transition again, hence back in clown land, where clowns killed you?

Yes that is correct. i went through the door from clown land into old sancuary where i fell down with negative hit points. when i was healed and raised up it sent me back through the doors and the clowns killed me yet again.

Was it being healed that ported you back into the QA?

My guess would be that when your PC stood back up, it reactivated/crossed the transition.
