Description says Level 2-3, and error message says level cap is three, but I AM level three and I can't take the quest. No ECL involved either. Methinks it be a bug.

Are you sitting on a level? Your current level, for QuestSys, is calculated by XP, not the level on your character sheet.

Oh, no I'm not. I don't know what changed, but I did the quest today without a hitch. I'm thinking it may just say my level is too high when the quest is being done, as I've heard of that sort of thing on other quests. Odd though...
