As I understand you have recently conquered lower. This is of course has nothing to do with me, nor am I with or against you personally. Though I did enjoy the choas that was created from it.
But on to other matters. I am offering my wand crafting services to you, as I assume most would not do to the circumstances in which Lower was taken.
I craft divine wands. These would be offered to you at a reasonable rate, and discounts for buying in bulk. These could be very useful not only to yourself and your elite guard, but your normal soldiers as well.
