Spiders of the Underdark
Bloated Sack Spider - natural, but bred to be fat and weak (sort of like a domesticated spider)
Fungus Spider - Mostly natural, but over time their exposure to crazy Underdark mushrooms have given them strange powers
Mutant Spider - mutated breed of spiders, caused by *spoiler*. Some radical druids may encourage them, many others wouldn't
Hunting Spider - natural for the Underdark
Racing Spider - bred by the drow for extreme speed, then went feral and is now a common predator in the UD
Skull Spider - natural
Traensyrian Guardian Spider - specially bred/enhanced by the magic of lolth
Underdark Behemoth Spider - the origin of this creature, and indeed most things about it other than the fact they exist, is unknown unless discovered IG
Underdark Dire Spider - a dire spider that lives in the UD
Hrm, now that I actually think about it, pretty much most spiders you'll run into, although certainly evolved due to being in the Underdark, wouldn't really be considered "unnatural" by druids, and thus the bullet point you pointed to should likely be removed. At least, such is my opinion, we'll see if the other DMs disagree.
Of course, each druid may have their own beliefs about the appropriateness of particular breeds.
We're also not going to come down hard on druids who kill spiders that attack them, since we realize you can't AE them anyway.
I'm responsible for the third bullet point, following some confusion regarding whether druids should protect spiders or not. I don't care either way, I'd just like to know what our stance is myself so we don't all tell people differently.
