Clara has been my first proper character in the Underdark and great fun to play. Apologies to everyone who was frustrated, insulted, slighted, (deliberately) misinterpreted, or smacked in the jaw.

And thanks to everyone she spent time with, particularly Edgar Fireheart, Kyle Fox, Verissa Fireheart, , William Snyder, Elagon Foundling, Angelica, Bootsie Fireheart, Leb Goodheart, Aylana Crowant, The Card, Allivaran Fireheart, Cap'n thorn and Crew, Merle Barer, Morwen, Taarna, Ingrid Mordis, Wyric Crowshire, Agent Miller, Connar Marlson, numerous corrupt and polite Guards,.. ..er... and plenty more people!

Confident of both her own importance as a noble, and her complete lack of self worth all at once, Clara ensured all those around her had plenty of damage control to deal with. Whether it was an obsession with being assassinated, to the threat of insults from urchins in Lower, Clara was ready to deal with them in the most chaotic and inappropriate manner. What she lacked in common sense she made up for in a generous spirit to randomly chosen denizens of the Underdark. Her 'Clothe the Poor of Lower' campaign was never carried out, though she had plenty of Grade A dyes ready to brighten the clothing of any suitably picturesque urchins. Likewise she never quite made it to the altar to finally become a full Lady Fireheart, thwarted by carnage, cold feet, and the fear of a clash of outfits.

Clara's compliance to the (made up) codes of the Cormyrian House of Fireheart frustrated her friends and advisors but was great fun. A complete ignorance of magic gave her a sense of wonder and suspicion to most things in Sanctuary. What she lacked in lore she made up for in being able to spot citrine dye at thirty paces.

Robbed, in her own mind, of status, respectability, and the chance of true love, she did what she knew best, acting on impulse and bought a very expensive boat ride out into the perilous gloom of the Underdark ....

Typical hanging about in the Stand making up House of Fireheart anecdotes.

Seeing rough justice meted out on a hapless Thorn crew member after an exciting kidnapping at Fort Mur. Shame we didn't get too far with Helsinki Syndrome ....

This season is purple, red, and purple. William shows that black is the new black.

Another House of Fireheart family inquisition. Another uncomfortable moment for Angelica. Clara takes the minutes. Edgar is the Alpha Male. Elagon checks for assassins and Kyle's head does an impression of a large baby with a beard.

Clara attempts to strike a bargain with the Spellguard. Preferably about new uniforms. Advisor Snyder brings diplomatic order from chaos.

A sword seems to have lost its owner.

Some last minute pleading before the boat leaves Lower.

Some surplus valuables are left for whosoever shall be entertained by them.

Clara was incredibly fun throughout the entirety of our Kidnapping of her. Easily made that experience far better than I thought it would be. Great character, from everything I saw.

Can't wait to see the next one.

So what happened to her?

She was a great character, but what happened to her?

FOIG

Clara was de awesome, she frustrated Allivarn 24/7 with her mindless stupidity!

Drin thought she was a daft little human, but respected her out of his respect for Kyle.

The few times I interacted with her (including the 'explosive' wedding), were fun and entertaining in a witty way....oddly I think my bard also hit on her. Her response was one of repulsion! HA!

I enjoyed the drama she brought about. I only wish it could've been more :(

I don't believe that she is gone, Kyle did treat her badly it was only after what happened with Thorn that he realised how much he loved her. Then Morwen dropped that bombshell and things fell apart. Kyle may try and search for her once he finds out she is gone though.

I will miss her craziness.

Clara had all the wit and sophistication of a donkey. That is why we loved her so.

Gone but not forgotten

Carla...Crala...whatever her name was...

Nice one KC you old fart! ;)

*hangs head*

Guess it's just me and Ellisandro then.

*sighs*

Nice going KC, leaving me with -him-

I had a lot of fun antagonizing her with my various PCs. Whether it was Guerini trying to steal her away from Kyle Fox right before their wedding or Pvt. Talanger blackmailing her for the loot and lolz, you always rolled well with whatever was going on. Flexible, laid back players like you make playing a dastardly villain enjoyable.

Will miss this character who made a splash in a way I never can.

shame card couldn't have been there when she left, he would have gone just.... even more mad.
