To whom ever programs the patrolling animatron that takes human form.

I am writing in complaint to it's continuos 'reminders'. They are a disruption to peace and I would not be the only one to notice this. I would kindly ask that perhaps the machine does not continue to speak to whom ever it spots on the street. I can understand it responding to verbal commands and requests to make reports or to hear the laws of Sanctuary. But perhaps the machine should not speak unless it needs to.
