Alright, this is how it goes.

1. /c tell_filter activate
2. /c tell_filter silence
3. It looks like its working, I get the warning message that tells are going to be being blocked.
4. Tells then come through without fail.
5. They never stop coming through, even when everything is turned off and back on again.

Also, the system seems to be able to handle adding people to the list to be blocked or let through. Even though I cant check this by getting the system to actually turn on.

Nope, Still doesn't work. Anyone else get different results? I would be nice to know if its just error-ing for me, or if its actually not functioning.
