A man named Montezzi has made a public declaration of his intentions of ruling Sanctuary as a Prince, lording over our lands using a system of fuedalism. He controls roughly four or five armed men, and is at least worthy of some monitoring. Please report in regularly on any updates to the Council that you have while dealing with these men.

How these men are dealt with will certainly effect the share of the budget your groups receive!

I've seen this man, Montezzi. He has a problem with a twitchy arm, or something along those lines. It will not be difficult to put down any sort of coup against the Council he tries to organize. Regardless, I will keep a close eye on him.
