Posted proeminently around around Lower, Upper, the Residential District and the Canal Ward.
Hearken, brothers and sisters enslaved by the pointless feuds and politics of this splintered town.
The Shrine of Ascension is now open to all.
Long have we hidden, working out of sight of those who would wish us enslaved under their rule.
Long have we sought to finish the work of the Ascended One.
Long have tyrants stood in our way.
No more!
Come, join us in our search; for there is hope, and the Ascension is near.
Soon, we will escape this pit of corruption and slavery, lorded over by institutions that should never have been.
Soon, we will be amongst our friends and families on the surface, under the sunkissed skies, with soft grass beneath our feet.
Soon, freedom shall be Ours to take!
Join us and together we shall triumph! Little can resist to the power of men and women of FAITH and HOPE.
Contact the Shrine of Ascension if you're interested.

These pamphletes are spread all around Sanctuary and handed to any interested by passers by a cheery looking man in Seeker threads.
The Brotherhood of the AscensionThe Brotherhood is the voice of hope in the darkness. It is the voice of freedom, whether from the whips of drow, clubs and spells of tyranny, or brutality of gangs. It is the voice of those who believe that escaping from the Underdark is not an idle dream, but a real possibility.
If you believe there may be a better way ahead for Sanctuary, and you're willing to work for that, you should consider joining the Brotherhood.
If you believe that freedom is the right of all of Sanctuary's residents, and that we did not exchange slavery at the hands of drow, illithid, and beholders to become slaves to the lesser tyrants of Sanctuary, you should consider joining the Brotherhood.
If you wish to return to the surface, or even simply believe in helping those who do wish to return to help them find this way, you should consider joining the Brotherhood.
If you would like to find more contact the Seekers or the Shrine of Ascension.

Scribbled on a dropped flyer
No one is keeping you here.
Get the hell out already.
150 years is an awfully long time with no results, no wonder you are hurting for members
