Thrawn's to-do list

I want to keep a running to do list in one thread. If you have comments on any items on this list, or see a high priority bug you think should be on this list, feel free to reply to this thread. I'll be deleting posts as I either add or reject items in order to keep a clean thread. I'd also like some feedback on what items players consider high, medium, and low priority. I especially want to know about any quest fixes, since many of the things that don't get fixed are due to me forgetting about a problem or not realising there is still an issue.

1) Script Cleanup

    2) EFUQS

    • 1.67 supported trap system (Delayed to mid-August)
    • Better support for multi-path, multi-part quests.
    • Support for multiple randomized quests from single questgiver
    • Better support for reputation effects from quests for faction reps
    • Testing of one time quests, and improved implementation of those quests within EFUQS.

    3) Summons

    • Rebalance current summons groups
    • Get multiple summons activated (after balance is settled)

    4) Gambling

    • 1.67 supported renaming of rats
    • Get liars dice working
    • Get rat fights automated so players can hold matches without DM assistance
    • Get dart game working.

    5) Special Effects

    • Two additional voice command effects per week for DM's.
    • Get gnomish tech effects working in commune and bowels
    • Effects for Dunwarren Workshop

    6) Quest fixes

    • Arga - Fix new vfx based traps for new crypt level.
    • Ghoul King - Get body scripts working properly
    • Dream Rooms - Doors still not working?

    7) New quests

    • Most Dangerous Game (scripted prelude) - areas being tested in Guard and Bandit prelude
    • Wrecked Caravan (capture and hold style quest)
    • Blue Mushroom Caravan rescue quest. [Cancelled]

    8) Quest Enhancements of current quests

    • Add convo options to gem hunt to allow negotiation.

    9) Miscellaneous Stuff

    • Retest bard instruments
    • Retest holy symbols
    • Retest holy weapons

  • Arga uses placeable questgiver.
  • Arga trap changes implemented.
  • Ghoul King quest added

  • Support for randomized rewards from questgivers added to EFUQS and tested in quest.
  • Fix convo errors in royal dragon. (max bet is 40)
  • Fix move of voice command special effects to the include script with function calls
  • Transition to enter dream rooms now functioning.
  • Dunwarren Laboratory is now repeatable.

  • started obj_svirftech code for special effects for svirfniblen technology.
  • Fixed loot item for herbalism quest.
  • Fixed Couches and Benches in rock bottom and Pissing Crone to sit multiple people
  • Fix object efuqs transport code to let DM's through.
  • With a recent change in inc_EFUQS, a number of parts of inc_EFUQS_quests are now obsolete and should be removed to promote cleaner code.
  • Moved gambling scripts and renamed for consistancy

  • Two seater benches in Masuoleum, Tiger Eye Fortress, and Grotto.
  • Fixed Blackwood fungus to properly strip on reset.
  • Quest condition check fixed on herbalism quest.
  • Fixed New slave to take keys and made keys not sellable.
  • Checked quit option on Ettercap quest. It is fine. No fix needed.
