If only I were already on council and able to pass my freedom of information plan, they you could ignore that law as well. Please understand, the more information you hide from the people the further it points to your guilt. There will be a trial and this will all come out anyway. The public has a right to know, as a member of the defense organization of the city, you work for them and not otherwise. So, I will ask again:

1. Who gave the order to activate the orbs?

2. When was the project put in place and by who?

3. Were any of the current council members aware of the project or the order to activate it BEFORE the agent in question made the sending?

It is not my intention to monger anything, only to provide justice to those that have fallen. Someone will stand trial for this and argue your side in the court of law, not just the court of public opinion. To not do so would be to ignore your own personal responsibilities as a defender of the city and an employee of the people. Further, these questions are not designed to find a scape goat, but to ensure a tragedy like this does not repeat itself again.

Believe it or not, I am fully in favor of the defense orbs, their miss use is the issue here. We need all the facts if we are to avoid further mistakes. Whoever is responsible for the project should be commended for it, the orbs will provide a terrific boost to our defenses. It's time to admit what went wrong though, along with everything that went right. Own the whole story, not just that which makes you look better.
