Citizens. With the recent activation of the Spellguard defensive array, the following information is to be memorized in case of emergency. It is recommended you take note and place it securely someplace within your home, along with rations, means to defend yourself and ample supplies of water.

Stage one: In the event of emergency a public sending will be made. We stress the importance of having a citizen stone on your person at all time, even for the children. You will be informed that a hostile threat is approaching our gates. Citizens will be informed to remain indoors, lock their homes once they and their family are secure, and listen for the all clear. For your own safety it cannot be stressed heavily enough that in the event you cannot get home or do not own one you AVOID THE GATES AT ALL COST.

Stage Two: The Gates are locked down and are electrified. The electrified gates cannot be breached, even with a key until the all-clear is announced and they are manually disengaged.

Stage Three: The Sanctuary Defensive Array goes active. In this situation any individuals without a Defender Amulet are perceived as hostile forces and targeted by the Lightning Orbs. Adhering to the alerts in Stage One, this process proceeds safely and securely for all citizens who remain in their homes. Meanwhile the unbelievable fury of our Dunwarren is unleashed upon any invader attempting to breach Sanctuary's walls.

Stage Four: Upon successful defense of our walls, An "All Clear" sending shall be sent out over the sending system. It is again, imperative, that all individuals register with the Town Hall to obtain a citizen stone so they are able to hear when the situation has returned to normal. Stage Three remains in effect until Stage Four is initiated.
