Bones of proper size take for ever to grow! Expensive.

A decent suggestion, however you could take the time to suggest it in a much less arrogant manner.

I pleasantly request that thomas, the Necromancer whom we all love and know, be given Wands to craft arcane or Divine spells upon. If this is not a viable suggestion, then please ignore me, good dark.
