A note to Elapidae

[The letter is rushed, and not exactly thought through, a quick, barely legible scrawl]

Agent Elapidae

Quite an interesting day, quite an interesting day. This invasion could have happened at a better time. If you could, send me a brief on exactly what happened in full, and why it happened. How many lives did the defence orbs claim? What is the estimated death toll? As always, I am onboard to help the Spellguard in anyway possible to fix this problem. Are there still Unseelie in the Canal, or have they moved on with the substance's depletion, were we aware that they would attack enmasse? A bloody slaughter of the remainder of these fey will help redeem the Order. We should also set up a fund for the families of those who died in the assault. We really ought to speak, as soon as possible. If we anticipated this attack, I dearly hope we set up defences against the fey-. I need a brief as soon as possible, I will seek my hunter friend, yes, we can hunt these fey down, slaughter them. Did any of the Svirfneblin gnomes die in this attack? Why was the no procedure in place for evacuation when the orbs activated? How did the orbs activate? Did we know what they would do when activated? Councillor Jacelyn Cheval

To all estimates the defense orbs claimed nearly the entirety of the Unseelie invading force. Our losses were less than twenty by accounts gathered. They are still in the canal to our knowledge. We were aware they would attack, hence the activation of the defense array. There was a public sending of the Spellguard Lockdown, and individuals were informed to stay in their homes until the crises passed. The orbs were activated by the Order. Yes we do know what they do when activated. While I was not present for the event I was informed that it was made explicitly clear to avoid the gates. Individuals did not and they in turn suffered for it.

We do need to speak.
