Greetings and Fair winds,

With the Council elections approaching, I found it a bit difficult finding written documentation that relays where the candidates stand on particular issues facing our city. In the past, the writers and researchers of the Sanctuary Times did a splendid job relaying historical events, political discussions, and humor to the public. Recently however, the city has seen it share of war and loss and I suspect negatively affected these papers being generated. As such, I am seeking to inquire about the possibility of resurrecting the Sanctuary Times as a lead writer and editor. What must I do to accomplish this legally?

Please forgive me if this is not the suitable office to inquire about such a matter and humbly request guidance to the most proper office or authority figure for my inquiries.
