They seem to fade after a few seconds. It's happened to me twice. Sometimes they fade quickly, sometimes they last 30 mins.

Can anyone confirm whether or not this bug is affecting the Human NPC Clerics such as those at the Cavern, Hold and Temple of Helm?

Not happening at the Hold.

Low Level NPC's casting spells would have low level results.

Goblin and Kobold NPC's would probably not be of the calibre of well established priests in cities full of worshipers.

Perhaps they're just low level? or is this some other kind of bug?

(Also: Not happening with the Ibrandibulite to my knowledge)

All of the spells dispel at the exact same time, and if the goblin is in the middle of casting one, he stops. It might be initiating a resting script on him, for some reason, forcing him to stop casting and all the buffs he's cast to be dispelled.

He seems to not even cast spells every other time now! Might just be temporary.

I have just bought bull's strenght, and it went off 5 seconds after I got it.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
