The following letter is addressed personally to Ivlysar Tal'en'qir, whilst another copy of the missive is addressed generally to the Seekers.
Seeker,
I trust you've been made aware of Wulgar's sentence as decreed by Councilmember Stirag. However, much of Badgerbeard’s fine remains unpaid, as he did not possess the entire sum of five hundred coins.
In short, I strongly advise you cut him loose. The Seekers cannot afford further shame brought upon their already tarnished reputation and Wulgar has expressed in no uncertain terms, his refusal to cooperate with the law enforcement institutions of Sanctuary.
Else, if the Seekers intend to keep this convicted felon amongst their ranks (and let us be frank, he wouldn’t be the first) then I strongly suggest that your organisation contributes some measure towards repaying his significant debt to Sanctuary. The three hundred and seventy gold he owes the Council would at least be a start.

Another letter is addressed to Ivlysar Tal'en'qir.
Seeker,
The execution of Wulgar Badgerbeard may have delivered some measure of justice, but by association your organisation has inherited his guilt.
That a member of the Seekers remained amongst your ranks, despite sustained unlawful behaviour and recommendations to discharge him, is a harmful reflection upon your organisation.
If the Seekers have any intention of washing their hands of this wretched criminal, I strongly advise that his unpaid debt be honoured. The sum of three hundred and seventy gold should be delivered promptly to the Council.

Sergeant Greyward,
Wulgar, as with all Seekers, was encouraged to fully cooperate with the Watch and law enforcement. He made, as does any free man or dwarf, his own choices and decisions. He is now, to our sorrow, buried in this dark place. There is no law or regulation in Sanctuary indicating that a organization to which a man belongs is responsible for the debts he may have collected, and your letters in their tone seem to me to be highly insulting.
Whatever one may think of Wulgar's behavior or conduct, he did not deserve to be stoned to death in a cage like an animal.
We will not pay his fine, small as it was. And you, Sergeant Greyward, can go to hell.
