Good Gnome,
My contract with the Spellguard is as any other business contract. I have not betrayed our people. I host this gathering so that I may get to know my fellows, and bring us together as a people, that we might find fair representation of Gnomekind in this city. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to approach me at any time, or Leave me an adress I may reach you.

Traitor Gnome Rimnelennus,
My concern: You placing your greed above our people. My question: Why are you trying to trick the gnomish people into working with you when you clearly do not have our interests at heart?
Next I'll hear you're consorting with kobolds!
Graaah!
Worst Regards,
Baron Sparklegem

Baron Sparklegem,
I am an honest merchant, my prices fair and low. If I were as greedy as you seem to think I am, I would be charging the ridiculous ninety to a hundred gold or more other potion brewers charge, for potions such as blur. I Charge a mere eighty five. This is just an example, but I take it you are smart enough to not need an entire pricelist to see my prices are lower than other merchant's.
My business strategy is one designed for long term benefit, I make business relationships, not simple transactions. Greed is not a factor in this, Baron Sparklegem. Greed is what prevents merchants from thriving, fueling the economy of the city they live in. I will be purchasing real estate, fueling the city I live in, by providing the council with thousands of more gold each term. I will not simply hoard the money I make, the community will see their share.
If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to meet with me. I'll cook you lunch. I despise debating things through letter, If you wish to dislike me, let us meet in person and at least become acquainted before any more hostile words such as 'traitor' are casually thrown about!
