A letter is sent to the Watch Bunker

Good folk of the Watch,

I would see more torches and braziers placed about the Canal Ward. This will serve as a deterrant to thieves and miscreants, and encourage people to come to this district and make it their home once again.

This may also serve to bring some cheer to the men on patrol as the district may be quite gloomy and foreboding to those requiring light to see.
