There seems to be problems with the tielfing sub-race (have mentioned this to Snoteye).

Darkvision isn't working and movement is slower than it should be (about 10% slower than other PC's)

I have tried re-logging but it persists.

Darkvision can't not work and your movement speed decrease has nothing to do with the sub race (blame DAN for that!). I do have an idea I want to test next time I catch you in game, but don't hold your breath.
