[Letters to Watchmen, Dunedar Hall]

The first is to Sergeant McCarson in the Trade Port center in the Canal Ward, an identical one is sent to the Engineer that works near the Spellguard ruins...

Letter to Sergeant McCarson Greetings,

I write to see how you've been, and hope that you've found a peaceful few days since the horrible ordeal suffered under the terrible Bandit Queen Plopilibop. My business has prospered despite the setback, and I'm giving some thought to a seat on the Council this term. Take a look at my campaign posters, though I'm hoping to get your vote, my friend.

A letter sent to Carl McDougal.

Letter to McDougal Greetings,

You may or may not have seen my campaign flyers. I'm hoping on a personal level, of all the people running this term your trust falls upon me more than the others from a quick glance. If not, I can elaborate a bit on some plans I have for the city, but for now, enjoy the relative peace our city is having.

-- Left for Hogan at Dunedar Hall.

Letter to Hogan Greetings,

Hogan, I overheard you and your Clan stay within this place, so I thought it best to reach you here. The dwarven people of this city need a candidate they can trust, one that will seek out what is best for his brother and sister in race and faith, and bring prosperity and honor to them. A human is not capable of that, they do not understand our life, our culture, nor our ways -- to them we are little more than rowdy drunks and sellswords.

Fret not, in my campaign for a seat this Council, I plan to represent the dwarven clans and people of this city properly.

Again, it was wonderful meeting you and sharing drinks. If you ever decide to take me up for it, we should go giant hunting sometime.

Oh, let the rest of your Clan know I'm running. I've not had time to meet them all, and well, things are hectic now, I'm hoping to count on you for your votes.

One last letter sent to Sheriff Azzam.

Letter to Azzam Salutations,

My friend, I write simply to let you know I have interests in serving on the Council this term. I hope to see our friendship we've forged grow in many ways, politically and economically these next few tendays, and also am hoping for your political support this election. I'd elaborate a bit, but such things are best saved for private conversation.

Grag-stills enjoys an enormously large dinner after composing so many letters, and spends many hours on the chamberpot afterwards.
