I am making my introductions and making myself known on my stance in sanctuary, I am appalled by the anarchy in lower, the lack of a cemented government, the daily crime and chaos! Instability reigns, it an accursed place where imperfection runs amok.

The people of Upper Sanctuary are by far more conservative and lawful, and my heart is gladdened by this, I wish to become the Shrine's representative to the city, I will speak the holy words of grumbar and encourage people to donate to the shrine and visit often to contemplate the gifts that Grumbar has given us.
