I can understand the -2 charisma on them, they are usually outcasts in a society and there attitudes and outlook reflects this.
why the -2 wisdom? They are thoughtful, slow, and ponderous in there actions. They can plan revenge, in patience for several years. They think things through, and don't usually resort to violence first unless they are being attacked.

You know, Thomas, I agree with you. It would probably make more sense for there to be -2 int and not -2 wis. I shall consult with the other Dms and we will consider adjusting the canon version of the subrace.
