The Order may be interested to know that there is a sorcerer on the loose in Upper Sanctuary carrying out a personal vendetta against those of who attain mastery of the Weave through study rather than latent power in the blood. He is as reckless as any of his ilk, but not yet fully developed in power. He employed variants on many necromantic spells, calling himself an abyssalist. I also witnessed him performing a ritual to bind the soul of a deceased Dwarf to the Abyss. Granted, the Dwarf likely would have ended up there anyway, but I am sure this violates some sort of law. The sorcerer's name is Voric.
