Contract 10AES : Spellguard/Rimferrin Trade Agreement

Section A - On aquisition

Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will be given possesion, but not ownership, of items the Spellguard wish to be sold. Should the Spellguard request any of the above mentioned wares back from Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin, Before they are sold; Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin must comply and return the items to their respective owner in the Spellguard.

Section B - On Sales (internal)

Wares already under ownership by Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin, will be offered to the Spellguard and available in his Listed Inventory, before the rest of the general public. Should a member of the Spellguard request an Item listed in Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin's Inventory, he will hold it for them for a period of Three days before it becomes once again available to the public. Agents or Higher ranking officers of the Spellguard will be given a 10-20% Discount on all wares, Excluding wands which are provided at cost. ASsociates of the Spellguard will be given a 5-8% Discount, or as circumstance deems fitting. Wands will be Sold to Associates with a twenty gold markup.

Section C - On Sales (external)

Wares under the ownership of the Spellguard, but in posession of Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin, will be sold to the general Public, and the profits returned to respective member of the Spellguard upon completion of the sale. Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will keep a portion of this profit for his services provided to the order. He will receive 20% on all sales of items sold for Agents, and 10% for items sold for associates.

Section D - On Distribution

Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin Will actively promote the Spellguard's wares, Separately from his own, To ensure the greater profit of the Spellguard. He will offer his wares belonging to the Spellguard to customers first, if Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin posesses more than one of an item, before those belonging to any others Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin has signed a contract with.

Section E - On Inventory

Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will maintain an updated Inventory list in the office of the associates, allowing the Spellguard first access to his newer wares. This listing will be made available for a period of At least One Day before The same wares are listed to the public, so the Spellguard may purchase them first, should they require them.

Section F - On Trade Agreements

Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will endeavour to make trade agreements with citizens and other private merchants, On behalf of the Spellguard. These agreements will be made in order to Benefit the order, with minimum expense to gain the utmost in quality of Service. Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will take the initiative to pursue such arrangements, and upon meeting with the third party, Submit a report to the next available Agent of the Spellguard for approval, before further steps in the agreements are made.

Section G - Misc. Fees

Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will forego any fees in explaining the magical use of items to members of The Spellguard. Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will be compensated for any scribe, travel, sending, or Stall renting fees expended, if such expenses were explicitly incurred to further profit the Spellguard.

Section H - On Defence

Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin will be compensated by the Spellguard for any hired protection he may Enlist, provided such is warranted. This protection provided, in order to be compensated for,there must be legitimate risk to the life of Dimemnelen Rimnelennus Rimferrin, to justify hiring any individual.

*The Spellguard refers to any member affiliated with the order. This is inclusive to associates of any rank.
