I have been looking, And there is no law against worshiping Cyric, Bane, The Infernal or the Abyssal. Am I missing these laws? Or is it truly legal for such fiend worshipers to walk the streets openly?

It is indeed legal for people with an affinity for the dark arts to walk the streets. Curiosity is not a crime, no matter what macabre roads it may beckon a man down. However, there are numerous crimes against ownership of contraband that may be associated with cultists of this sort, specifically against artifacts that can animate the dead and toxins useful for poisoning men. If you have come into a contact with someone who worships Cyric or another power that would undermine the safety of our settlement, please speak with a Watchman so that we may keep an eye on the individual.
