Private Sten has informed me of a primitive society of creatures dwelling in the Sewers beneath Sanctuary. From his brief description of these "Chosen," as they are called, I believe they may merit some attention. As soon as Agent Miller sees fit to offer me a task and the recommendation that will no doubt accompany my swift success, I would speak to you about organizing a venture to collect specimens from the Chosen population for questioning and study. What I need from you is your word that I will have adequate holding space for the specimens within the Tower, and a suitable space to put them through the various tests I have in mind.

Your response should give some indication as to the degree to which you are willing to accommodate my research as regards these creatures.
