Yes, how would druids treat Paladins in the halfling pantheon?

Druid of Sheela Peryoyl meets Paladin of Arvoreen, would there goals be similar or would they leave each other alone?

That's a pretty open and overly broad question. You can't really give an answer without knowing the characters or their individual goals. If the pally wanted to rip up a mountain to get the ore needed to arm the halfling countryside and raise an army against orcs, then I suppose they might differ in their views and not get along.
