What does this mean?
It has happened once before and I could not log on any Darkmyst server. I understand that it's some sort of a ban but I have no idea why I got banned at all. I only log on to #efu and pretty much talk to a single person through private messages.
Is this one of those bans that affects me because someone else in my neighbourhood/city/etc with the same ISP was being a muppet and they pwned all of us or something?
Man, I really didn't need this :(
Edit: This is the message I get:
* You were killed by OperServ (OperServ (AKILLed. [Ego-Crusher]))
My ego got crushed, and it only had one day left til retirement. :/

Yes, that is often the case. Also, you may have caused it as well, for numerous reasons that can be anything along the line of running an open proxy server or connection flooding. To resolve it, email darkmyst and find out why you're k:lined, and see if it can be resolved. Sometimes you might have to go as far as contacting your isp, be prepared to take that step if it gets that far. (It usually doesn't though).
Good luck.

Alright, thanks for the information, Strife. I don't think I did anything to cause the ban since I was pretty much not doing anything at all. :/ Just had one instance of mirc connected and was in a single room. I sent a few private messages to one or two people, and then I got an error in mirc's global messages log and the disconnect. K-line ensued.
