Hello I'm writing this letter in regards to asking a question about the sanctuary guest law.
I have been made to believe that it is possible for a monstrous creature to be given guest status such as the Kobolds of the shadow tribe embassy and i was wondering if this could also be applied to what i guess would be classed as domesticated underdark animals?
I currently pick up my mail at the last stand inn
Yours sincerely

You have been made to believe incorrectly.

If it is incorrect then please explain what law or exception is it that lets the shadow tribe Kobolds to operate within the city since the law currently is that Kobolds are killed on sight? As i understand it they are allowed in as guests so there must be a law that allows them to operate within that capacity in the city.

The law does not apply to pets, council will not be handling applications by pet owners. Unless there is specific reason that benefits the city greatly, council is not interested allowing any dangerous pets inside the walls.
P.S. Argument that your meat eating sharp toothed pet is tame and harmless will not convince us. All pet owners say so.
Respectfully,

If that is the case then why do some spellguard agents often have summoned deep hounds or familiars out inside the city? Or is it one law for them and a diffrent law for us?
