The leader of the bandit group, the halfling Plobalaloblop, has asked me to pass a message along to you. After I helped negotiate the freedom of your men, she issued a stern warning, demanding the 'Frozen Key' that belonged to the recently stoned woman (I do not know her name, I simply witnessed her corpse in the stoning cage today) back to her possession.

She promises to return the things she took from you if the key is returned, and also has sworn to continue capturing your men and women if you do not return the key.

I was not able to find out what the key was for, but it did seem terribly important to them. If you'd like more information I'd be glad to speak with you in person.

Thank you again for your effort in returning Corporal McCarson and his private back to the city. I truly appreciate the genuine initiative of citizens in aiding the constant struggle of the Sanctuary Watch against the chaos and evil that are spread in the city and beyond.

I am unsure if we are in possession of this key. Either way, it will prove difficult to deal with her. I have no reason she will find herself oblidged to honor her part of the agreement as I do not know what you sacrificied or how you managed to accomplish the feat you did!

Either way, I'd like to speak with you regarding this.
