As requested through Perin I am lodging a report about the incident that occured in the Lowers yesterday between Tigereye Namli and Associate Michael.

I came across the incident near the main stairwell after descending I saw namli standing over the prone form of Associate Michael who was obviously seriously hurt.

I offered medical assistance but was told very directly to take myself elsewhere and undertake certain unatural acts by Namli. Accordingly I followed orders and left.

I did not see the events that lead up to the fight itself.

2nd Issue: I would like to report that there was an incident in the Lowers this evening between Nimrod, The Fire Speaking priest of Krossus (I think) and the Tigereyes.

Again I arrived after the events took place - this time Nimrod and the priest had been beaten and arrested apparantly for attempting to immolate a Tigereye in the open for some kind of insult.

I am concerned that there are a number of people using magic in open areas to try and prove a point of personal belief or to repay a verbal insult with magical punishment - I do believe that this kind of magic use is restricted - at least in unwarded areas?

I have also noticed that this kind of spell casting occurs outside the Temple of Hoar on a regular basis as well by various groups - again I am concerned that the law is not being adhered to and this could be risking the Safety of Sanctuary.

3rd Issue: Can I please ask what the final outcome of the investigation was concerning myself and Nimrod a few nights ago where i allowed him to cast a number of spells at me without retaliation - Associate Michael has snidly informed me on a number of occasions that he is expecting me to be arrest at any time for improper use of magic - I am am confused and would appreciate a closure to this matter one way or another.
