Should I be able to speak/barter with NPC's as a Worg?

There is no script that officially stops you from talking, but no, obviously a worg should not be holding dialogue with a merchant. And even though you cannot buy and sell things in your animal for, I am fairly positive, if the creature cannot talk do not have them use the various dialogues for any reason.
