Why was the Favorite Feats thread locked? I do not seek an unlocking, nor am I angry about it, I just wish to avoid having my own threads locked. Could I get your reason?

I did not close it, nor know specifically why it was closed, but just by glancing through it, an argument could be had that the thread was turning into a power-gaming discussion. Locking threads isn't a personal attack against you or anything, nor does "starting a big thread" have any kind of prestige associated with it. A DM likely felt that the discussion was going downhill and it was in our (everyone's) best interest that it be locked.

I locked it because it was mostly just getting silly replies by the third day. Nothing personal!
