We caught the Urdlinite, and have your arm. Unfortunately, he has not committed a Capital Crime, and insists that he is a registered citizen of Old Sanctuary, thus we could not legally kill him. However, by a happy and entirely legal turn of fate, I was able to procure several expensive items that may aid in the cost of returning your arm to its proper place.
