I didn't find regeants to summon fire elementals and the like. Do they exist at all? FOIG or nope?

They are only found on 1 quest that I know of, I think some of the mage themed stores should sell them.

I was planning to play a fire based sorcerer: just checking if fire summons would be found easily or if flamming damage would be best. I got my answer, thanks.
