I have a question. Can you perhaps find us information on this Sparklgem rather than post warrants on citizeins of this town. Assuming he even did something IlEGAL! Its not ilegal to worship Urdlen if he has done foul atrocities or evil things members of his faith often do. Then get witneses send them to the watch rather than making a Public bounty for him to be executed why not provide the watch information so he can be put on trial and suffer for all to see Without you loosing a coin? Its noted that you shouldnt take the law into your own hands. Listen I dont write the laws I dont enforce them if I wrote them itd be ilegal to worship Urdlen.

It is not illegal to place bounties. He cut off my arm, I will have his head. Do not take down my posters when it is not your right to do so.

Bounty-hunting Provisions

Subjects of a Bounty posted or contracted by the Council, the Watch, or the Spellguard are not protected by laws against assault, trespass and murder when specified.

Private citizens may not post bounties. They may appeal to the Council, the Watch, or the Spellguard to post it.
