PFA

I'll suggest making PFA/Magic circle against alignment be setable to neutral, evil, good, lawful, and chaotic. Using the craft menu like polymorph self, you can set the spell to protect against a more specific alignment, because it says against alignment, not just evil/good.

I'm not sure this is doable.

Scripting posse?

I'm fairly certain it is possible.

there was a discussion on this (several actually) and I believe it was determined that this would not happen because of the fact that there are potions available that allow for protection against the other axis' of the alignment chart...law, chaos and neutral. Though the neutral one I'm not sure if it applies against neutral on the law/chaos axis or the good/evil axis, or both

When patch 1.69 is officially, finally released, I might have some nifty spell-related stuff available as an optional override.

I make no promises and reserve my right to be lazy.

The actual suggestion is doable, for what it's worth.

I would like to see this, personally. Since I'm not doing the work, I wont bitch and whine if it doesn't happen though.

Depending on the work involved, I'd like to see this too. We need to be able to pwn those illusionary clowns and druids somehow!

Erm....

<_<

Whoa, I am now against this,

Druids are All powerful for a reason!

I have seen people cast PfL and PfC using an override on the server.

Another though would only let it be cast with the extra alignments by those with SF abjuration (It is abjuration right?)

Neutral chars have a distinct advantage at the moment. I would love to see a work-around.

Pretty. Fricken. Arbitrary.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA

OHHHHHHH god

It should be done. As it stands, there are some players who purposefully take a neutral alignment so they can bypass PvA when they spam you with color spray.

Thank you.

You can already do this!

You need the override though, not 100% sure where you get it on the server, will post link ASAP

You don't. The necessary override isn't available to the public, and won't be for a while. It would be fairly easy to make a change to the relevant scripts to allow PfN, PfL, and PfC, but I don't know if we want to do it the simple way (Scotty?).

I need to clean up the server's version of the 2da a lot before we release it.

There is also no Protection from Neutral spell because BioWare did not intend to create PfN. BioWare did leave behind PfL/C stuff. I'll comment more on that later, maybe.
