Dear sir/Madam Once again I have been Abused by your Watchman Carl McDougal, This time in front of wittnesses. The first time I explained in a letter of complaint I sent to the watch Commander, I also wrote to counciler Crowshire about this watchman This time it happened while I was standing by the town hall Talking to Clara Fireheart and her Family member Allavin(I think his name was),(there were also several others present at the time), about possible employment, when your watchman set about harrasing me. He first of all with no good cause searched me, which I did not try to stop him from doing, He was also very insulting to me, again I did not respond to. Then a little whille latter he Arrested me,(please note that i had not moved from the spot or been anywhere or done anything), he then put me in the stocks.the reason he said was that Elves stank. It was only the inervention of a council member that got me released. I did not get his name but im sure it will be easy for you to find out who this was. I will be writing to the council as well to officially complain about this watchman. and I expect , if nothing else that an enquirery will be made, about this incedent Yours in the hope of justice Elagon Foundling

The letter is left collecting dust on the Sheriff's desk, who is nowhere to be found for days on end.
