Venerable Spellguard Order,
Since you are the premier experts on the Machine, I am requesting information on all chosen warrens near the Canal Ward.
I fully intend to organise the adventuring population to commit a series of raids, to lessen the pressure they are placing upon the thinly spread Watch and Spellguard animatrons. Culling their numbers should give them cause to hesitate the next time they think to attack our citizens.
What is the Order's stance on this?

They tend to move about frequently. They can often be found in and about the Machine, under the Sewers, and below the ruins. Generally any part of Old Dunwarren that is not frequently travelled by better races.
If you're looking for advice, I'd recommend not calling this any 'official' endeavor, as the inevitable loss of life incurred during the 'raids' will likely not shine favorably on the city's defense organizations. I'm sure it will do wonders for your career though, should you be successful.

Venerable Spellguard Order,
Whilst planning invasion points for the fight against the Chosen in a particularly watery part of the Machine, I came across a devious looking svirfneblin gnome. It appeared as if metal was grafted onto his flesh.
Additional: It looks as if some gnome has abandoned two particularly interesting animatrons he was working on, in a New Dunwarren home that connects to the Machine! If you haven't investigated it already, you might care to take a look. There is also a portal leading to silver gates.
We might be able to salvage the gates for a bit of coin, if it has no practical uses. I think the animatron is somehow guarding a key that opens them. It is obvious the gates are intended to keep the Chosen out.

Councillor,
You may have stumbled upon something. Find me at the Tower; I have more expertise in Machine/animatron related matters than Agent Elapidae.

Venerable Order of the Spellguard
I believe Sheriff Azzam may announce his retirement sometime soon. He seems to be ignoring his duties for the tender embrace of his paramour to an ever increasing extent. I strongly suggest you find a man favourable in the Order's eyes, to impress the Council, and win the loyalty of the Watch with all due haste.
That is, not Lieutenant Lothor.
I will keep my eyes open for a suitable candidate. Mieredo might be sympathetic to your cause, although I have yet to know the full extent of his character. I am sure the Order has friends amongst some of the Watch already.
