I was messing around, and stopped by Mur to rest, and realized there was a ton of torches and such.
And it hit me, for the first time ever for some reason-
Duergar have light sensitivity, as well as Dark Vision.
Why would they have a fort filled with torches?

Either the light provides better sight than the Darkvision ability... or the walls come with automatic torches built in, and is uneditable in the toolset.

Light sensitive means your eyes are sensitive to daylight, or the equivaliant third level spell 'Daylight'.

Besides, Mur is a trading post that 'welcomes' other races, the members of which may not necessarily possess these feats.

If they didn't have the torches, the slaves would bump in to each other all the time.

It's a trading hub. The torches are there for -you-, not them!
