The Comander of the Watch ( left at the watch house)

Dear sir\ Madam Am sorry to say that I have to add one more problem to you list, Concerning Corruption of one Member of your watch, To whit one Carl Mcdougal. This dark as I was coming up the stairs from Lower. He arrested me claiming that I was causing trouble. which I was not, as I had not been in upper all dark, he then said to me that an Elf was causing trouble and as we elves are all the same he would,(in his words) take me to th cells an kick the shi' outof me instead. He kept this promise, also he stole off my person an amount of gold totaling 156 coins. This is not the behavior one expects from the watch towards Law abiding citizens. I would like this letter to be treated as an official complaint, And I would like said officer is drummed out of your organization, to show all that the law applies to the watch as well as every one else for as you no doubt know, it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the barrel. If you need to contact me about this matter I can be reached by leaving mail at the last stand

Yours in the hope of justice Elagon Foundling

Azzam is nowhere to be found, Timmons grunts and leaves the letter for Lothor to deal with.
