The council wishes to see a report from both watch and spellguard about the happening that lead to untimely death of the few of the leading figures of Sanctuary.
Especially we wish to know who do you hold responsible, was there shortcomings by any specific party or faction? What is there to be done to secure the situation?
Failure to produce a report will force the Council to make its own conclusions. Please address the reports to myself or the Entire Council.
