Goblins and kobolds will sometimes make their way into our streets, unannounced and unwelcome. See these wretches driven out with your weapons, the very same you would spend upon the tools of Upper Oppression - goblins, kobolds and other such beasts are weak and frail, but often in service of stronger powers. Also, in the past, some exceptional individuals of these monstrous races have shown incredible aptitude for assassination, espionage and other things which we do not want, nor need in our settlement, least of all from these filthy wretches!
