Yesterday, logged in and saw a buddy in the player list prior to logging in. While IG, he was NOT visible to me in the player list, nor could I send him tells, even by clicking on his character icon while in party with me. I was able to send to other players, and received from him - I just couldn't send to him. Tried relogging but this did not fix the issue.

I had a lot of trouble yesterday! I was logged in according to the server, but, was totally not logged in. Then I managed to log back in and I had someone elses PC in my vault. I think it was just yesterday that was buggy.

Can you say what the account name and PC name was? There isn't much I can do otherwise.

For me the problem seems to be fixed on its own.
