Letter to the Council

Council Members-

It has come to the attention whenever the Watch executes prisoners, the said prisoner's items are taken into an evidence chest, and then destroyed after a few days of rotting in the evidence chest.

Would it not be better if the Watch holds regular auctions selling the -legal- wares of the individual, or sell to local merchants? This way, the Watch can in a way fund itself at the same time holding the city law.

It is a delightfully simple method, and this way, the Watch can solve some of the grumblings about poor wages.

~Allivarn Fireheart.

Mr. Fireheart,

This is already the Watch's standard practice. Confiscated goods sold still make up an abysmal portion of city revenue.

Lieutenant Lothor says the Watch dumps the wares into a trash can.

~Fireheart.

I'll make sure Lt. Lothor never goes near the evidence chest.
