I have been instructed by Sheriff Azzam to be evaluated by you and your men. In order to help relieve the costs of drilling and maintaining the Watch reserves, I have offered to use my and my staff's expertise and facilities to do this for free.

I have to say that the behaviour of some of your members such as the Tempuran Calrind left me with a sour taste in my mouth regarding the School of War. I have no doubt that you are competent martially, but it seems discipline, respect for authority and loyalty to the city and not to war itself are lacking in your teachings as shown by some of your disciples.

I will try and meet with you to discuss my concerns and see if you can alleviate them.
