I'd like to know if you, and the clan through you, could benefit from a couple of opportunities that are arising.

One is the possibility of obtaining a building and trading post of sorts in Lower. The other is the clan of stouts across the lake. I have traveled there but have not yet made any arrangement for trade.

What say you, and could you be of some assistance here?
