Your Private Sten disregarded the word of Agent Miller, as I stated I have been given express permission by a Spellguard agent to temporarily be allowed to cast without registration. The Private witnessed myself casting blessings (in a warded building) on another private while they were about to engage a Garguthan priest in the arena and later attempted to arrest me hours after despite me telling him and the private before that I had permission to cast before.

Other than Miller, the upper bazaar's merchant area heard of the granted permission including Private Barry Williams and an associate that he had with him. I went to another watchman known as Sergeant Blackbeard to report but he just called me a lower and beat me despite my status working in upper ever since I arrived and one of my first jobs was work with the council in delivering an item from afar.

I was placed in the stocks and 600 coins were taken and an axe that I valued worth 350 as well. I was beaten, spit on, and thrown in the stocks for more than 8 hours. I am appalled that both Sergeant Blackbeard and Private Sten have absolutely no respect for the word of an agent and would beat someone and call them a liar outright instead of getting an agent or doing nothing.

The total of damages is including the 950 coin taken in assets, of 600 is currency, 350 worth of an axe, over 8 hours worth of wages lost spent instead in the stocks, lost wages in the time spent recovering, pain, and suffering.
